1. Nancy Isime
Nancy Isime is a Nigerian actress and producer, who starred in the films “The Visit” and “The Meeting” alongside Jim Iyke. She made her debut in the movie industry in 2012 with the film “The Visit”. Nancy Isime was born on December 20, 1987 in Lagos State. She studied at the University of Lagos where she received a degree in Theatre Arts.
2. Regina Daniels
Regina Daniels is a Nigerian actress and model. She is popularly known for her roles in movies such as “Chief Daddy”, “Ojuju”, “Mr. & Mrs. Jones”, “The Mistress” and many others. Regina started her acting career in 2007 with the movie “Mr & Mrs Jones” alongside Ramsey Nouah, Jim Iyke and other Nollywood stars. She won the award for Best Actress at The Future Awards in 2009 for her role in the movie “Ojuju” (2008).
3. Mercy Aigbe
This beautiful actress is one of the most beautiful actresses in Nollywood. She is known for her role in both Yoruba and English movies.
Mercy Aigbe kicked off her acting career by starring in some soap operas, including the popular TV drama series “Papa Ajasco.” Professionally, Mercy joined the Nollywood industry fully in 2006 and acted in the movie that brought her into the limelight ‘Ara,’ a movie produced by Remi Olupo in Ibadan, Oyo State.
4. Adesua Etomi
Adesua Etomi is one of the most beautiful Nollywood actresses. She is an actress and a singer. She has featured in several movies like When Love Happens, Okafor’s Law and more recently The Wedding Party 2.
Adesua started her acting career in theater and is one of a few actresses who can convincingly play a comedy role in one movie and switch to a dramatic part in the next. She has been acting since the age of seven when she took up drama in school.
5. Adunni Ade
Adunni Ade is a beautiful and gifted actress from Nigeria. Her beauty and professionalism have landed her a respectable role in Nollywood.
Adunni ventured into fashion modeling and was featured in America’s Next Top Model. After moving back to Nigeria, she landed her first Nollywood role when she acted in the Yoruba language film “You or I” in 2013. She starred in the famous TV series Jenifa’s diary, where she engaged the audience with her stunning charm and beauty.
6. Osas Ighodaro
Ighodaro, a multiple award-winning Nigerian actress, has made a name for herself in the Nigerian film industry. She began her career in Nollywood in 2005 and has since starred in critically acclaimed films such as New Money, King Of Boys, Merrymen, and We Don’t Live Here Anymore.
Her talent has been recognized by the industry, having received awards for Best Actress in a Drama and Best Dressed at the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards 2022. In addition to her successful acting career, Osas has also achieved the title of Miss Black USA, making history as the first Nigerian American to do so.
7. Tana Adelana
Tana rose to prominence as an OAP after auditioning for the MTN TV show Y’Hello in 2002. She made her acting debut on the television series ‘Disclosure’.
Tana Adelana started acting in Nollywood movies in 2011. She did a bit of acting in the TV series, Flatmates, back in 2005. But Tana Adelana first feature-length movie was ‘Two Brides and a Baby’ in 2011. Kayode Peters was the person who gave Tana Adelana her first opportunity in the industry in 2005.
8. Sylvia Nduka
Nduka, from Anambra, eastern Nigeria, is a highly accomplished supermodel and beauty queen. Her career took off after winning the title of Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria in 2011. She has since established herself as one of Nigeria’s top models, working with prestigious brands in the fashion industry such as Versace, Dior, Prada, and L’Oreal. Her work has included appearing in commercials and building a reputation for herself among other Nigerian models.
9. Jemima Osunde
Jemima Osunde is a talented Nigerian actress, model, and presenter who made her mark in Nollywood with her role as Laila in MTV Shuga’s fourth series. She is well-known for her performances in movies such as Esohe, Stella (2016), My Wife & I (2017), and Isoken (2017), and her appearances on television shows like Shuga and Ojays (2015). Her outstanding performance in The Delivery Boy earned her a nomination for Best Actress in the same year.
10. Bimbo Ademoye
Bimbo Ademoye is a highly beloved Nollywood actress known for her stunning looks and performances. She has been dubbed the hottest face in the Nigerian film industry and has recently gained popularity on NETFLIX for her roles in movies such as Sugar Rush, Anikulapo, and Breaded Life. In 2020, she was nominated for the Best Actress in a Comedy Series at the AMVCA awards and won the Best Actress in a Supporting Role at the Best Of Nollywood Awards.
